ACTIAM NV appoints Interim CEO

ACTIAM publiceert op haar website:
“ACTIAM announced today that it appoints Wim Borgdorff as interim CEO. Borgdorff succeeds Hans van Houwelingen, who will continue his career outside of ACTIAM. The appointment is subject to review by the supervisory authorities and advice by the Central Works Council of VIVAT.
Ron van Oijen, CEO of VIVAT: “We are pleased to have Wim, with his background and extensive experience in asset management, temporarily assume the role of CEO for ACTIAM. ACTIAM fully committed itself over the past years to the areas of responsible and sustainable investing. In conjunction with the managing board of ACTIAM, Wim will continue ACTIAM’s high quality of service and guarantee its leading position in the market for sustainable and responsible asset management. We wish Wim every success in his new role.”
Wim Borgdorff is co-founder of AlpInvest Partners and was responsible for fund investments, secondaries and investment solutions from 2002 to 2013. Before AlpInvest Partners, he was the Managing Director of APG Investments, managing real estate and alternative investments. Borgdorff started his career at ING Real Estate, and was Managing Director from 1992 to 1995.”
