NN Group voornemens om Lard Friese her te benoemen als CEO

NN Group laat op haar website weten dat zij voornemens is om Lard Friese te gaan herbenoemen als Chief Executive Officer (CEO) van het bedrijf: “The Supervisory Board of NN Group N.V. intends to reappoint Lard Friese as member of the Executive Board and to designate him as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and chair of the Executive Board of NN Group for a term of four years. The current term of appointment of Lard Friese ends at the close of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NN Group on 1 June 2017.”
Friese werd op 1 maart 2014 benoemd tot vice-voorzitter van het Executive Board en op 7 juli 2014 tot CEO en voorzitter van zowel het Management Board als het Executive Board. Lard is binnen het bedrijf verantwoordelijk voor de strategie, performance en dagelijkse gang van zaken.
