Kames Capital managed property fund wins MSCI Award

Kames Capital publishes on its website:

“The Kames Capital managed Scottish Equitable With-Profits Property Fund has beaten off stiff competition from 53 other funds to win an MSCI Award.

The fund scooped the award in the Segregated Pension Funds (under or equal to £700m at December 2018) category at the MSCI Annual UK Property Investment Awards in London on 27th June 2019.

The fund, managed by Kames Capital’s Chris Wakefield, won the award after achieving a three year annualised total return of 12.8%, beating the other 53 funds in this sector*.
